They are very simple to setup. Most can be blown up using human air rather than a vacuum and take only 5 to 10 minutes to completely inflate. You may have seen these at wave pools or theme parks that aren't in tropical climates. I love the beach and I have a room dedicated to being tropical with beach sand and all.

There are a variety of inflatable palm trees to choose from. Some are 5 feet where as others are 35 feet tall. Like other types of inflatable’s they can be deflated and stored in relatively small spaces. If you plan on using it out doors I recommend that you find one that uses rubber or a heavy nylon plastic. Some of them even include fans to make them rock back and forth as if they were in a tropical breeze. Just be sure to follow the instruction manual because not all inflatable palm tree are as simple as inflating and placing.

Inflatable Palm Tree Cooler
Interestingly enough, not all of them are just for decoration. In fact, there are also inflatable palm tree coolers and refrigerators as well. They may be a bit more expensive but definitely can add some conversation to your cocktail parties. As I mentioned before about my tropical room, I also have an inflatable palm tree refrigerator to keep some cold drinks while I'm roasting under the lights.

If you plan on using strong lighting around inflatable palm trees it is best to read the manual carefully as some plastics will catch fire quite quickly. But if you can afford to shell out a few extra dollars, some will come with their own lighting assemblies. For a small investment in an inflatable palm tree, you don't have to spend a few thousand dollars on a trip to Hawaii. Enjoy the tropics right at home.
